Attention Part D Sponsors and Drug Manufacturers:
We are aware of an error in the Phase I Negative Invoice reports that were distributed to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors on Thursday, October 31, 2013.
The nature of this error affects the summarization of the detail records to the trailer records such that incorrect values were reported as due from Part D sponsors to manufacturers.
Part D sponsors should NOT use this report to issue payments to manufacturers.
The Negative Invoice reports are being re-generated. We will notify all parties via this listserv when the corrected reports are available and when payments and confirmations are due.
